highsecuritynumberplate.com provides the following PRIVATE ASSISTANCE SERVICES:

• The total amount payable — including our assistance fee — will be clearly shown before you complete your booking.
• By proceeding to payment, you confirm acceptance of the total charges.
• Payments are currently accepted via Paytm QR Code. You are required to upload a screenshot of your completed payment for verification.

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your Vehicle Registration Number, Chassis Number (last 5 digits), Engine / Motor Number, and Owner Name & Contact Details. We are NOT responsible for application rejection, delays, or errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Ensure that your vehicle RC book details are valid and up to date before applying.

Use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false or fraudulent vehicle information
• Attempt to apply for HSRP for a stolen vehicle
• Misuse, hack, or attempt to manipulate our platform in any way
• Use automated bots or scripts on our website

If you create an account or receive login details, you are responsible for keeping them confidential.

Your HSRP fitment appointment is confirmed only after we verify your payment and details. A confirmation will be sent to your email and/or mobile number.

You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment by contacting us.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Appointment slots depend on fitment center availability. We do not guarantee specific time slots and availability may vary by location.

You may cancel your application within 2 hours of booking, provided it has not yet been processed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
