highsecuritynumberplate.com is a PRIVATE ASSISTANCE SERVICE β NOT a government website. We charge a PRIVATE CONVENIENCE / ASSISTANCE FEE for helping vehicle owners with their HSRP application.
This policy applies ONLY to our private assistance/service fee. The government-mandated HSRP plate fee (currently βΉ1,120 for four-wheelers) is a SEPARATE charge governed by government rules and is NOT covered under this policy.
Understanding Our Fee Structure
The government HSRP fee is NOT refundable by us under any circumstances as it is a government charge and not collected by us.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation ONLY within 2 hours of completing your booking, provided your application has NOT yet been processed or submitted.
Contact us immediately with your full name, Vehicle Registration Number, booking reference / confirmation number, and reason for cancellation.
Once the 2-hour window has passed OR your application has been submitted β whichever happens first β cancellation is NO LONGER possible.
To cancel only your fitment appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
- Application already submitted to fitment center or government portal
- Incorrect vehicle information provided by you
- Government portal rejected due to user data mismatch
- User changed their mind after submission
- Fitment appointment missed without prior notice
- Delay caused by government systems or fitment centers
- Dissatisfied with government processing time
- Cancellation request made after the 2-hour window
- Government HSRP fee component (under any circumstances)
Partial Refunds
In certain cases where service was partially rendered, we may at our discretion offer a PARTIAL REFUND of our assistance fee. Partial refund cases may include:
- Booking confirmed but appointment could not be scheduled due to non-availability at your location
- Application initiated but not completed due to our system error
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you in writing via email.
How to Request a Refund
- Full Name (as provided during booking)
- Vehicle Registration Number
- Booking Reference / Confirmation Number
- Date of Payment & Amount Paid
- Screenshot of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request
- Processed within 5β7 working days if approved
- Returned to the SAME payment source (Paytm / UPI ID)
- Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated
Rescheduling Policy
- Request made at least 24 hours before appointment
- It is your first rescheduling request
- Request made within 24 hours of appointment
- Second or subsequent rescheduling request
To reschedule, contact us with your booking reference number ready.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or cancel your service immediately
- Provide transaction evidence to your bank or Paytm to contest the chargeback
- Take appropriate legal action if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Government portal downtime or technical failures
- RTO office closures or strikes
- Natural disasters, floods, or other acts of God
- Government policy changes affecting HSRP rules
- Internet or network outages
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your appointment or provide an alternative solution.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
We encourage you to review this policy before making a payment.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
